Cosmetic Consult
On your initial visit, you will be charged a $100 fee. This ensures that a slot in Dr. Keni’s busy schedule is reserved exclusively for you. This fee will serve as a deposit to be applied to any available products or services offered at our office. If you choose not to pursue any services at this time, the deposit will be applicable to any future products or services purchased within a year of the deposit. If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
This consultation is a medical appointment that lasts up to one hour. During this first visit, you and Dr. Keni will discuss your medical history, explore your options, answer any questions, establish expectations, and develop a personalized treatment plan. You will be given a cost-estimate for the anticipated procedures, or treatments, on the day of your initial consult.
Office-Based Procedures
Treatment fees for injectable and all in-office procedures are due on the day of service.
Surgical Procedures
A 10% hold deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold any surgery date. It is customary and appropriate for all surgical fees to be paid in advance of cosmetic surgery. All surgical facility fees are due 2 weeks before your surgery date.
If you are unable to keep a surgical date reservation, please let us know at least 3 weeks in advance and we will be happy to reschedule your surgery at no cost to you.
If you reschedule your surgical procedure less than 3 weeks before the actual date of surgery, we will gladly reschedule your procedure. However, we require that 50% of the surgical fee be paid at the time of new booking to reserve the new date of surgery. This partial payment will be non-refundable without exception.
Surgeries performed at a hospital facility have other associated costs, including hospital fees, anesthesia fees, and implant fees, if applicable. Our office will contact you directly to arrange payment.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, pre-paid medical account (or FSA) cards, CareCredit®, cashier’s checks, and cash for payment of your fees. We only accept personal checks for some cosmetic procedures and only if they these checks are paid to our office at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled procedure date. We are not able to hold checks or delay credit card processing.
