What we do, and why we do it that way.
I operate on the face and neck only. Every procedure below is chosen for one reason — it addresses the specific thing that changed, rather than treating every aging face the same way.
Surgical
Structural operations. These change the position of tissue. The surface is a separate question, which is why the results outlast anything applied on top.
Deep Plane Facelift
Release of the retaining ligaments beneath the muscular layer, so the tissues that descended with age are repositioned, not pulled tight.
Read moreSMAS Facelift
Tightening of the SMAS layer where the jawline needs support but a full deep plane release is more than the problem calls for.
Read moreNeck Lift
Addresses the platysma and submental fat directly, for jawline definition that skin tightening alone cannot produce.
Read moreEyelid Surgery
Upper and lower blepharoplasty. Hooding, heaviness, and under-eye hollowing addressed as one aesthetic unit.
Read moreBrow Lift
Repositions the brow to open the upper third of the face, often alongside upper eyelid surgery.
Read moreLip Lift
Shortening a long upper lip through an incision hidden under the nose, so more of the lip shows without adding anything to it.
Read moreChin Augmentation
Projection and balance through the lower face, which changes how the jawline and neck read in profile.
Read moreFacial Fat Transfer
Your own fat, harvested and refined, used to restore volume where the face has deflated.
Read moreFaceTite
Radiofrequency-assisted contraction for patients not yet ready for, or not candidates for, open surgery.
Read moreFractional CO2 Laser
Resurfacing for texture, fine lines, and sun damage. The surface complement to structural surgery.
Read moreScar Revision
Revision of facial scars and laceration repair, including work done elsewhere.
Read moreMohs Defect Closure
Reconstruction of the wound left after skin cancer removal, planned around the borders of the face.

Non-Surgical
Treatments that work without an incision — useful on their own, and useful for maintaining a surgical result. Skin quality lives here too: surgery repositions tissue, it does not change the surface.
Botox & Dysport
Neuromodulator treatment of dynamic lines in the upper face.
Read moreFillers
Volume, lip enhancement, eyelid revolumizing, and wrinkle correction with injectable fillers.
Read moreMorpheus8 Microneedling & PRP
Radiofrequency microneedling, with platelet-rich plasma where it adds something, for skin texture and mild laxity.

Physician-directed topical care and products that support surgical and resurfacing results.

You may need less than you think.
Plenty of consultations end with a smaller plan than the patient arrived expecting. I would rather tell you that than sell you an operation you did not need.
