Every morning, after my meditation practice, I perform Surya Namaskar. This is a progression of yoga poses also known as the “Sun Salutation.” During these poses (‘asanas’), which are each associated with either inhalation or exhalation, I practice gratitude and set my intention for the day.
Today, as in everyday, my intention is to bring light and love into every interaction I have, see how I may best be of service, and do my very best.
